HUFFMAN’S BBQ MUSSELS WITH CHILLI GARLIC BUTTER
INGREDIENTS:
- Huffman’s Chilli Pepper or Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 100g butter
- 1 Garlic clove – peeled and finely chopped
METHOD:
- Mix Huffman’s Chilli Pepper or Sweet Chilli Sauce with butter and chopped garlic.
- Place mussels on the BBQ and once opened spoon in a dollop of your butter.
- Serve immeadietly.
