HUFFMAN’S BBQ MUSSELS WITH CHILLI GARLIC BUTTER

HUFFMAN’S MUSSELS

INGREDIENTS:

  • Huffman’s Chilli Pepper or Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 100g butter
  • 1 Garlic clove – peeled and finely chopped

METHOD:

  1. Mix Huffman’s Chilli Pepper or Sweet Chilli Sauce with butter and chopped garlic.
  2. Place mussels on the BBQ and once opened spoon in a dollop of your butter.
  3. Serve immeadietly.
