HUFFMAN’S RED PEPPER & CUCUMBER DIP
INGREDIENTS:
- 200g Cream Cheese
- 4 Tbsp Huffman’s Chilli Pepper Sauce
- 1 clove of garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 red pepper (deseeded and diced)
- 1 Lebanese cucumber (deseeded and diced)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients together using a spoon until smooth.
TO SERVE:
- Serve with chips, crackers or on lightly toasted bread
